A. When you hear a clunk in any pipe when turning the faucet on or off 99% of the time it's a loose washer in the faucet.

A. If any gas piping work is done, converting your heating source (changing from oil to gas) also, whenever new or old fixtures are installed or replaced.

A. Because the flapper is worn out and needs replacing.
